Amidst the historic warehouses of Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, a jinricksha driver is soliciting customers to fill his next tour.
Located a 30-minute train ride to the northwest of central Tokyo, Kawagoe is nicknamed “Little Edo” for its array of well-preserved old buildings, which nowadays are home to artisan shops, restaurants and museums.
