Cherry Blossom Buddha, Kamakura, Japan

神奈川県・鎌倉市・鎌倉大仏

A view of the Daibutsu (Great Buddha) in Kamakura, Japan, during the Cherry Blossom Season.

At 13.35 meters (43.8 ft), this is the second-largest Buddha statue in Japan, surpassed only by the statue in Nara’s Todaiji Temple.

Shot with Nikon D70 and Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 lens. Edited in Lightroom 5.7.
