During my occasional skimming of Google Maps for (Northern) European shops in Tokyo, I recently came across this Swedish cafe called ATER (ÅTER) in Higashi-Ōjima (Koto Ward). Today, we went there for lunch and quite liked it. The food (hot dogs and cardamom rolls) and coffee were good, and the location by the Kyunaka River is really nice.
