I went to the office today. In the morning, I took a photo in Tokyo’s Marunouchi business district, and in the evening two photos walking home in Itabashi Ward.
Around 7:15 AM, when I arrived at Otemachi Station adjacent to the Marunouchi business district, the streets were still fairly calm. A couple of fellow early-bird office workes were already out and about.

Having completed my day’s work, and arriving back in my home ward of Itabashi, I took a longer walk home to decompress, as I always do.

The quiet and peaceful residential areas of Itabashi Ward such as Miyamotocho in the image above, or Shimura in the image below, calm me down and make for a relaxing end to the working day.
