Okayama Uraja Festival

岡山うらじゃ

Every year in early August, the Uraja festival is held in Okayama, Japan. Its main event is a dance parade, in which different groups are competing.

Dance participants paint their faces to look like ogres, and each team has its own unique homemade costumes.

岡山出身なので、興味深くうらじゃの写真を拝見しました。
どの写真も素敵で、好感を持てます。赤の色がとてもきれいで、惹かれます。
現在は、広島に住んでいますが、写真を見ていると、岡山に帰りたくなりました。
また来ます。
